Meet Our Team
Anouk
From the very first contact, Anouk was pleasantly surprised by the way Lincoln shows genuine interest in the person behind each Talent. The company can rely on 30 years of experience, yet also further encourages entrepreneurship and innovation in a rather traditional sector. This is what strongly appealed to her and still does.
She believes a data-driven approach combined with a strong focus on human capabilities is what will determine how successful organizations will be in the future. Providing a true psychological safety zone for people, inside or outside their company, will be key. And it goes without saying that Talent will always come first!
Having spent her youth in France, Anouk is always in for a lovely ‘Poulet de Bresse aux morilles’, she loves Pink Floyd but also Juliette Armanet and enjoys short city breaks. The country she would like to discover for the next holidays is Japan.
Martine
Martine is naturally curious about people, companies and brands and always looks at the bright side of life. She has many years of experience in marketing & communication and genuinely ‘cares’ for the Talents she works with.
Looking at the evolutions we observe within HR, she is happy to notice that despite or should we rather say thanks to digitization, personal contacts become more and more important. And that is precisely what Lincoln is all about: that highly personal approach.
To relax, Martine loves swimming and reading, preferably when taking some time off in Spain.
Gwen
We can easily state that Gwen is a very caring person. She has multiple talents and is always happy to help calling on the many experiences she had in former jobs.
Gwen appreciates the unique Lincoln approach and loves working together with the diverse and very different types of colleagues that make up the Brussels team. She considers it important for a company to walk the talk.
You can count her in when there is a nice Belgian ‘Steak tartare’ on the menu. Gwen also likes jogging or walking her dogs. Did we mention Gwen also takes care of our cute little office dog Jeff?
Geert
His focus on people and his experience as a consultant,- worldwide and in different cultures,- is what characterizes Geert. He enjoys an international environment where cooperation is key. Lincoln’s personal and especially talent-oriented approach fits him like a glove.
Guiding talents to help them grow is what he wants to do, and he is a big fan of the methodology Lincoln has developed for that purpose.
Besides the growing impact of AI, it is the shift from employer power to employee power that Geert identifies as one of the critical evolutions within our working field. Talents take control of their career path.
Geert has a broad taste in music, is into vintage motos and wants to make sure he can cross a trip from India to the Himalayas off his bucket list soon.
Amine
Meet Amine, a very talent-oriented ‘people’ person, who recognizes the growing emphasis on employee experience and on upskilling ‘Talents’ for evolving job requirements.
He is fascinated by the international strength of the Lincoln Group and the personal approach and follow-up of the talent journey. With a sales and marketing background, he brings creativity to pitching candidates and clients.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Amine is a home professional barista and loves to travel. He is also a former international professional swimmer, showcasing his dedication and discipline. He proudly supports Real Madrid! And watch out before you argue since he holds a black Taekwondo belt.
Melina
Melina is a charming bridge builder who thrives on bringing out the best in others. With a keen understanding of people’s needs and a solution-oriented mindset, she has honed her skills as a recruitment specialist.
She loves Lincoln’s very people-centric approach. In today’s business environment, where personality (finally!) tends to triumph over mere technical skills, she finds solace in the company’s emphasis on individuality, talent-centricity and what each person brings beyond their expertise.
To unwind, Melina enjoys culinary adventures, leisurely walks, and treasured moments with her family. She values individuals who achieve greatness while remaining grounded and generous.
Yannick
Yannick is a vibrant professional guided by values like respect, commitment, and team spirit. She’s drawn to Lincoln – Belgium’s challenger ethos, cherishing the company’s commitment to nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit in its team.
With an impressive 25-year journey in FMCG, Yannick brings a treasure trove of experience. Her infectious personality, her empathy and “savoir vivre” are not just skills but defining traits in her recruitment efforts. Even in this era of digitization, she firmly believes in the power of personalized connections, aligning seamlessly with Lincoln’s talent-focused approach.
Beyond the professional realm, Yannick finds relaxation in outdoor sports, taking leisurely walks with her two furry companions, Raykko & Kailla. Her zest for exploration extends to travel, with Thailand next on the agenda for her and her daughter.
Hakan
Hakan embarked on his career in recruitment, gaining valuable experience. He champions a belief in ‘talent-centricity’.
What attracts Hakan to Lincoln was its distinctive approach toward Talents and employees. He appreciates the relational focus over transactional dealings and values continuous contact with the Talent community. While he acknowledges the imminent rise of Artificial Intelligence in HR, he firmly believes in the enduring importance of the human touch.
Spain holds a special place in his heart because he spent a meaningful year there. He is into Italian cuisine, fortunately, balanced by his passion for padel and football. Staying updated on global affairs and cryptocurrency trends reflects Hakan’s interest in the world around him, yet when he is free, Hakan values time with his children above all.
Jeff
Meet Jeff, our office dog. Always in for a cuddle.
